Our team consists of the Physical Therapist, the Physical Therapist Assistant, and the technician.
The Physical Therapist, a professional with a minimum of a 4 year bachelor’s degree up to a doctorate degree from a university physical therapy program. The therapist must also be licensed to practice in the state of Michigan.
The Physical Therapist Assistant has a 2 year degree from a college or university physical therapist assistant program, and is also licensed to practice in the State of Michigan.
All of our therapists attend continuing education courses on a regular basis to keep up with advancements in allied health. The technicians at Michigan Therapy Institute are an important part of your care. These technicians are highly trained by therapists to perform portions of your treatment. The technicians at Michigan Therapy Institute are required to participate in continued education provided by the Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants.
